The aim of this innovation project was to develop a methodology for assessing the risk of extreme events on road and coastal infrastructure in Scotland. The methodology developed provides information on the magnitude of risk, and how this may be affected by climate change and economic costs. This could be used by infrastructure owners to inform decisions on adaptation action.
